Blood Sugar–Balancing Nut & Seed Mix

Blood sugar–balancing nut and seed mix in a bowl

A crunchy, mineral-rich snack with almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, cacao nibs, and a touch of sea salt — designed to support steady energy, balanced snacking, and blood sugar–friendly nourishment.

Why This Recipe Works

This mix pairs fiber, plant-based protein, and healthy fats from nuts and seeds to help create a more satisfying snack that supports steady energy. Cinnamon, ginger, turmeric, and cacao nibs bring antioxidant-rich compounds and warm flavor without relying on added sugar. Keeping dried fruit optional and minimal helps the mix stay more blood sugar–friendly while still allowing a little natural sweetness when desired.
